Over the past week and a half more than 7’000 likes and retweets have been collected for our top ten Liquidity.Canvas finalists! We carefully followed the voting process and are now excited to announce the winners!
The #LiquidityWinner
In order to decide the winner of our 1st Community Competition, we asked you to like and retweet your favorite participants out of the top ten finalists chosen by the Liquidity Team. As a result, we have collected more than 7000 likes and retweets across the chosen canvases for the length of the voting period.
However…
Manipulation of the voting has been observed and bots have been detected throughout the poll amongst all finalists. A manual check of the votes has been undertaken along with the use of a botometer and all results compared in order to gain the most accurate result.
Fairness and impartiality being at the forefront of our final decision making, the team decided to choose the winner internally. This decision was consulted upon and taken very seriously.

Drawing 1 pixel for 1 wei has been a fun way to demonstrate the power of off-chain payments, exhibiting the endless possibilities for dApps to utilize Liquidity’s instant, off-chain transactions. Canvas.Liquidity.Network was created primarily to showcase this potential, on downloading the Liquidity Wallet App users received 100 wei to play with and experience for themselves the app’s features and usability.
