Dear Liquidity Community,
We hope you are all safe and healthy during the current outbreak of Coronavirus. We issued an announcement regarding the necessary measures we are taking for the safety of our team and community and encourage you to be cautious during this time and stay healthy.
As we are approaching the end of the first quarter for 2020, here are our technical and marketing updates for the past few weeks. We have been working on integrating NOCUST version 2.0, adding documentation and fixing bugs on the NOCUST server. We also integrated version 2 swaps of the client library into TEX.
In terms of marketing, we were proud to be one of the sponsors at ETH London. At our booth during the event, it was exciting to meet many of our community members. Following ETH London, we went on to present at ETHCC3 in Paris, where our presentation captured the interest of many attendees.
We are excited to announce that our technical team is expanding! A few weeks ago we welcomed two new team members on board, who have been of great support in our ongoing work. We integrated the NOCUST server version 2.0 API which will be simpler, more stable and more coherent to use. However, it’s not backwards compatible to use with NOCUST version 1.
We added a lot of documentation to the NOCUST server repository and fixed a bug on the admission end-point of the NOCUST server.
The team dedicated a lot of time and effort during the past few weeks to integrate the client library version 2 swaps into TEX. We also worked on code cleanups and fixed a bug that prevented the front-end from integrating the order book from the API properly.
The Liquidity Explorer is now deployed on the Rinkeby test net with the new NOCUST version 2.0. You can try it out here.
Events, Conferences and Community
We were one of the sponsors at ETH London that took place this year from 28 February to 1st March. We really enjoyed the time at our booth there, promoting Liquidity Network, and the opportunity to meet some of our community members. As you can see in the photos, the community enjoyed showcasing our fantastic collection of Liquidity giveaways!
Ethereum Community Conference
Following ETH London, we kept the momentum going and gave a presentation at ETHCC3 in Paris. Our presentation on 4th March was on “Off-the-chain transactions: understanding the layer 2 landscape”. Do not worry if you happen to have missed it as you can watch it here.
